Enabling support for the inVRs framework

1) Download inVRs
   The inVRs framework is available from:
   http://www.inVRs.org

2) Unpack and install according to the inVRs README file.
   Note: if you want to install inVRs to a directory other than the default
   one, call cmake with a parameter like "-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local".

   If you install inVRs without defining the install prefix, the inVRs source
   directory is used.

3) Configure ufo with inVRs support:

   # cd build
   # cmake .. -DinVRs_ROOT_DIR=/path/to/inVRs
